I'm starting to look into the SLK's and wonder if anyone has tips on reliability or models/years to stay away from. Just sold my 450sl and want another convertable.

If you're serious about performance you HAVE to buy a 2001 slk320 w/ 6-speed trans.Trust me you will not regret it.
