92 300E Sportline, still wont start, new Fuel Dist..etc..

Still can't get it!

OK, Fuel distributor is new. It can't be the fuel pump relay as the car is getting fuel once it's running.

I just can't start it without spraying some carb cleaner over the intake.

It's idling at 500rpms, and when I try to drive it it stumbles and has very low poer. Sometimes it's ok, sometimes it barely moves.

The rubber boot under the intake plenum is also new as the old one was badly cracked.

I'm at a loss here. Surely someone has an idea?
