what the hell? while i am so very proud of you for having the tidiest little binder the ins had ever seen, all my original post said was that it was taking forever for my friend to deal with all of the paperwork and bureaucracy to bring his romanian wife (who he married in romania) over here legally. it is my beef that your pedantic and erroneous reply contributed nothing to the thread and served no purpose other than to try and invalidate my casual statement.
and the i-92 form is irrelevant and unnecessary in this case.
