Reality check.

Yes, the ball joint is bad.
It should be replaced.
This is a DIY requiring special tools.

An alternative = contact VSTECH for a good used knuckle, or a pair to swap in = much easier DIY.

IMO there is no visual issue with the tie rod assemblies.
