Please help me identify this noise.

Hey I have a dual amp system, one for the subs and one for the coaxials in the cabin. There are base heavy pops which will come on when I first turn on the HU.( Its not just one pop when I turn the HU on, the popping continues) If I turn it off and then back on the noise disapears. Although on some occasions it will come back while im listening to CD's.

I have no idea what the source of the noise could be. If anyone has some insight on my problem please let me know.
