Besides routine maintenance, I retrofit in a passenger side airbag on my 300TE.
I polished and waxed the heck out of the 300TE and 300SD.
I acquired just about all the components necessary to substantially complete the 280SL project.

Ah, lets see, for summer 2009:

-Injector rebuild on one SD
-Full engine pull and trans swap on my SD
-Differential swap on my dad's other SD
-Rear Shocks on 300E
-Oil changes on all of them
-Rear light assembly on 300E
-Seats/visors/mirror swap in my 300SD to the interior of a 350SDL (1991)

Probably more stuff I can't remember

Still to do:

Injectors on 300E
Front Strut mounts on 300E
Rust repairs on 300SD
Timing chain tensioner and slide rail on my dad's 300SD
Upper control arms and all shocks on my brother's 300D....

Ah, it never ends.

Well, I was going to wait until I completed everything I wanted to get done before I did a post like this, but then I realized I may never finish all the jobs I have planned. Anyway . . . for this summer,

Bought the '83 240D and managed to get it home, since then:
-degreased the engine bay (what a mess)
-replaced starter
-replaced tie rods
-replaced motor mounts
-replaced anti-vibration "T" mount
-replaced headlight and all fuses (new ceramics)
-got some Hazet wrenches and did a valve adjustment/replaced the valve cover gasket
-got a MityVac and diagnosed some vacuum problems
-replaced fuel filters
-new air and oil filters/oil change
-refurbed the dash light rheostat so I have dash and console lights

In the process of:
-rebuilding the clutch (new pilot and throwout bearings, pressure plate and clutch disc)

Waiting around the corner:
-replace CV boots and replace diff oil
-replace rear brake hoses and flush system
-replace front upper control arms
-replace font lower control arm bushings
-replace lower ball joints
-replace exhaust/intake manifold gasket
-fix parking brake
-flush and replace coolant
-replace the hood pad (or what used to be a hood pad)

Haven't done much to the '95 E300:

-replaced the serpentine belt tensioner spring

Need to:
-change out the trans filter and fluid
-replace motor mounts

If I just had a week to do nothing else
