cheapest replacement muffler 300sdl

-- i have an 86 300 sdl with a hole in the rear muffler - what are my options here ? can i just replace that part - do i have 2 buy from mb or timevalue ? it seems really pricey - what about salvage yards - i am in ft.bragg calif. -
