about to undertake w140 evap! :)
ok, so we have this s280, a 95, the evap decided to quit... taking it to the stealership is not an option... there are good indies here but again the cost is prohibitive... anyway... i know of a shop that fabricates evaps for a fraction of the cost of a new one... that's where i had my 124 evap done... i did all the labor so i fixed my 300TD cheap!
can i do this with our 140? i'm guessing its the same process... I AM careful. the only immediate things i have no clue how to remove are the console wood, passenger airbag(scary) where do i disconnect?, the instrument panel. These are the things i'm concerned about AT THE MOMENT. i'm sure many more will pop up. hehe any advice is needed... getting my hands on that "video" may be an option but i doubt it. thanks guys!
