window alignment

I have a 1983 300CD with 374,000 and running likes it new..... But on the freeway I notice an air flow noise from my passenger door. I looked at it and the window does not line up properly to the back quarter window and therefore does not have the rubber is not flush on the passenger window thus creating a gap for air noise.... the door shuts properly but it does seem the level of the door does dip a slight bit below the body.

I think the hinges on the front are tightly screwed... but if it were not aligned properly wouldn't it be hard to close the door? Is there a way to adjust the height of the latch on the body to lift the door a little? Are my hinges bent?

A little help would be nice....

Thanks
