I think I've read everything on this site regarding this topic, but I don't seem to find the answer. The defroster on the rear window does not do anything.
I've tested all the way to the strip that goes up and down the sides that connects the wire and that gives off a nice light. But the wires themselves (all of them) do nothing.
Any thoughts?
I will say (at the risk of much ridicule) that I did touch one of the wires with the tester and a tiny bit of smoke came off it, but nothing since. I have a feeling that this smoke cannot be a good thing.
Could use some help... in more than one way.
