Way to go, Bill!

Congratulations, Bill - couldn't happen to a better guy. Your posts are consistently among the most helpful.

Congrats, Bill.

Now the sad thing is you will have less time helping people looking for diesels.

I think the job Bill really loves is dispatching MB diesels in the USA. He can find all these rust free MB diesels in CA and TX and dispatching them to other parts of the country.

Congrats Bill. From reading your posts since I've been a member, I would guess that your attitude at work will be every bit as helpful and positive as it is here on the Diesel board, and if so, your new employers will quickly find you indispensible. I wish you all the success you can handle!

Excellent Bill. Glad to hear it. I gotta admit, even though I hadn't said anything, I was starting to worry for you.

Congrats

TXBILL,

Congrats. I've been where you were, and it is good to see $ coming in. You do a great job as moderator and have great input and advice. It is good to see that good things still happen to good people.

Good Luck,

JCD

Bill, glad to hear you found work. Where I work there have been several rounds of layoffs, reducing our workforce by 1/3 or so. My department went from three people to one in a couple of months.
Again, happy to have you amongst the working part of our country. Perhaps you can demonstrate a possible productivity increase in the work if they'd just buy a forklift, and a loading dock, etc. etc.

It's that financial security part that I was considering, Bill. My two dealings with the TEC during my youth were enough to cause some displaced worry I guess .

Bill,
It's great that you're making money once again to support your diesel addiction. That job sounds great for you as you seem like a well organized logical thinker. Congrats! Maybe you can help find me a job!

Alex
