CAN SOMEONE PLEASE POST A PICTURE OR TWO OF THE 300D NA THROTTLE LINKAGE SET UP

Hello,

I have posted a "WTB" for a 300D NA Throttle Linkage Set up, but can anyone PLEASE post a few pictures of their 300D NA Thottle Linkage Set up. I have the Turbo set up, but I think the NA is different. PLEASE ? Thanks in advance.

What year? W123 or W124 (1987, 1990-1993)?

My BAD ! Sorry.

W123 Chassis Platform. I understand the engine is from a 1984 300D NA. Body is a W123 240D. The Engine should be a OM617.912 NA with "M" Pump.

Thanks !

Despite my trigger happy finger I can't find many out there at the moment - I guess my 1981 W123 300D is one of the most photographed euro non turbos out there but I'm not sure if I have what you want...

Here's one of the mounting on the bulkhead

From this thread

More form the same thread

And this...

Is that any good?

Thanks guys.

So, yes, that is what I need ... the one without the EGR controls and without the cruise control. What I got is mechanically unsafe and just ready to fail. Thanks again.

The linkage on the Euro pump is different from a US spec. I believe, though I have never had a US spec 300 NA.

We never were able to get the cruise control to hook up to the Euro pump.

And there is difference between auto and manual, and there a different versions for the automatic, depending on the transmission type.

OK,

So, I need the one which

1. Manual Transmission

2. NO Cruise Control

3. No other stuff

What does that bracket on VC with the steel cable do. I didnt even have that except part of the bracket, but certainly no steel cable.

The steel cable is for the idle adjust. It is connected to a screw on the dashboard.

And I don't have a picture of the 300D manual with MRSF-pump. It is in the FSM though.

Hmm....

Strange to see the LHD N/A version--with no throttle-cable from accelerator!
