126 Chassis rear window seal

I ordered the one from the parts house in Arizona and it just won't work. The gap for the trim is too large and it just pops back out. I have ordered an oem gasket from Pelican Parts website. I hope I have better luck with this one.
Has any one had this experience? I have the excellent Diesel Giant video on replacing the rear window. My question is has anyone used a non oem rear window seal and had any difficulty?
