Use a Butane Ligher flame or a Candle Flame and heat up the pice of Plastic tube thet is still on the Banjo and use a Needle Nose or regular Pliers to yank it off. Be careful because the Metal Banjo is going to be hot.

Do the same to the other end that is still attached.

Take one Banjo go the Auto Part Store and find some thick walled Vacuum Hose that fits tight on the Nipple. At the very best you would have 12 psi of Boost Pressure. Not much pressure at all.
If you want something sturdier use some thick walled Silicone Vacuum Hose.

I tried to post a picture showing that I have an Orange Silicone Vacuum Hose going from My ALDA to the Over Pressure Relay but for some reason I can't post it.
