Quarles fleet fuels.
There's a fleet fuel station nearby where I live, is it legal to use it if I sign up?
It has a min cetane rating of 47. You need to sign up for their card in order to purchase and use their fuel. If I sign up and use it in my car, what's the worse that can happen?

A quick peek at their site indicates it's for businesses only. If you have a business I think you're OK. I didn't read the agreements, but there was a reference to "all for only a dollar a day", which would mean, if true, you'd be paying $30 extra on fuel a month, which for most would make it uneconomical.
In answer to "is it legal", as long as the fuel isn't red, it's legal. I think the "worse [sic] that can happen" is you get hit by a semi, dump truck or delivery van that doesn't like old MBs on their turf.

As long s it isn't dyed, your fine. Higher the cetane, the better combustion and the happier your diesel will be.
