As Ron said, I use blue loctite and reuse hardware if the new is not included with the replacement part.

Thanks for the reply. For the shocks R&R, I did order most of the self locking nuts from Duval motors when I order the OEM shocks from them, the nuts are chump change compare to the shocks. Upon closer inspection of those selft locking nuts, I understand why they are one time use only. These self-locking nuts are not those Nyloc kind of thing, these nuts have a slightly oval kind of shape on one end to achieve the locking purpose, and once it's threaded to a bolt, the oval shape gets conformed to the bolt's round shape and the transformation is not reversable (like the Nyloc nuts). Anyhow, I guess I could make do with the loctite blue. It's amazing how my local stealer wants $3 for a nut that only cost 10 cents to manufacture, even the list price only calls for a $1 or so, stealer stealer stealer.
