ML Grill Fitment

Hello Guys
Currently I m driving 00 430 and I m thinking to upgrade my front Grill with Grill that came off 06 350, now I notice they are different chassis and I m wondering if it will fit perfectly.

Have anyone try or have similar experience, please let me know, thanks
It ll be nice if is fit and plug and play, thank s for the input...
