Brake change on ML 320

I am going to replace the brakes on my 2002 ML 320.

Are there any special tools needed to remove the pads, or any special tips?
Are there brake sensors on the front and back brakes?
Will I have to adjust the brake cable once I change the brakes?
What is the best method of bleeding the brakes? I presume using the old- traditional method is the best.
Does anyone have any photos of this process?
