So what? Is that supposed to mean something? That you're rich? I am going to be in Europe for the next 5 years, as a student... makes me a rich student? Thats the dumbest thing I heard regarding personal wealth.. the amount of years one has lived in Europe. l

Me rich........are you serious? I stay with relatives when I am there, would cost me more to stay at the beach in Ocean city 4 hours from here for 2 weeks than a month in Europe.

But I can say where I have met people first hand and don't require getting my info from what the news says. Which as Dan Rather has proven can be very biased and wrong.

And the limits of anti american arrogance was limited mostly to France, and certain parts of italy ( obviouls people who support the socialist or communist parties) and this is people I know. His original comment was I don't know the world.....my answer was this I have seen more of it, work with more of it every day than he can imagine.

ALL of my work daily is of an international scope. Everything I do involves working with someone in one of the other countries of the world. Maybe not every single one but in 11 years I have been in this job I can count the number of countries I have NOT worked with on my fingers.

Obviously........he has ratings high enough to keep him on the air.......

Just like the WWF, only with smaller people in street cloths.....both are about as real as the other.

Dickenson? You mean the strip joint capital of Texas? Why, we used to be neighbors.

Well, it is now the home of Heartbreakers, kind of the Galleria of strip joints. There are over thirty women in various stages of undress at anyone time, not to mention the waitresses. Of course, I only heard about this at a lecture at my church on this den of inequity, a moral curse all of us here are trying to stamp out. It's not a rural suburb anymore, like most of those towns along I-45 its pretty much been swallowed up by Houston. There are a lot of nice older neighborhoods, and the people that live there are pretty pissed off about their new noterity.

Wow! I probably wouldn't recognize any land marks anymore (not that I can remember any now anyway). Must be just one continuous shopping mall from Houston to Galveston now.
