lets see Russel crow do hard time....he caused physical injury to the guy he bashed a heavy phone into the face of......not harmlessly popped a pill...

or a long, long list of left leaning celebrities who committed far worse crimes who got a walk becasue they were lefty and famous...

Heck, I'm surprised everytime I'm burned. It's my own freaking fault. I know that coffee is hot and that cups are flimsy and if it spills it will hurt. (What does Daimler have against coffee holders?).

I haven't sued anybody about it. I already know I'm a dumbass, why tell everybody in court and show the world photos of my boiled genitalia?

and did McDonalds make her put it someplace stupid? or actually pour it on her?.......nope.....case dismissed...or thats how it should have been handled.

I'd like to see objective documentation that Rush "...is a proven liar--over and over again."

Russel Crowe should have been the example....in his recent assult that resulted in a stern warning. After all who did Rush harm? and who did Russel Crowe harm.....(a heavy phone to the face can not possibly be a pleasant experience.)

We should not put people in jail that get addicted to pain killers. Especially if they are in pain. Equating a junkie addicted to his pain killers to street dealers is ludicrous. Now if Rush was acquiring pills to sell them they should throw the book at him. I am a huge Rush fan. I would like to see all drugs decriminalized. I think that policy makes a lot of sense. You have a liberal prosecutor going after an icon. Where is the media going after this bozo and the guy going after Tom Delay in Texas. I seem to remember that the media was as gracious to a prosecutor named Ken Starr. I hope there was some common sense buried in this thread somewhere.

I'm in a class action lawsuit ....becasue of the lies they told at a shareholders meeting....

I honestly don't expect to see any of it however.............that SOB froze MCI's pension plan when they bought us and then through lies and deciet they raped us of our 401K plans.........

and the SOB was convicted and he is still out of prison pending appeal....what the hell is up with that?

It's not their rule -- it's RL's rule. If he were half a man, he would live by his own words and insist on going to prison. I would without hesitation.

Actually I don't believe he advocates prison for abusers. He certainly does for dealers. It is also bogus to equivocate drug abusers who started on a perscription from their doctor to recreational addicts.

Lets see one quote where he advocated prison for drug abusers. This is a fantasy created by those with wet dreams of putting Rush in prison.

For the positive I believe Rush has learned from his experience. Show me one other person who is accused of what Limbaugh did that is in jail or faced serious time. It doesn't happen. At least not with competent counsel.

I didn't sue........they started a class action lawsuit over fraud....I was included as a victim...has nothing to do with bad investment decision...it had to do with being lied to while fraud was being committed....

I have no problem dealing with market variations....thats par for the course....when you are pumped with information that was false and they knew to be false....thats fraud. Hardly frivolous.
