My boss is good, so is my work environment.
I can only complain abou our offshore labor. After the departure of one of them, we have discovered he falsified a bunch of testing that he didn't actually do, and now we have a big project that's about to be pretty screwed as a result. Not looking forward to the rest of this week...

Lets see I have had a few bosses over the years. Pretty much all of them have been really cool. I actualy became good friends with two of them.
In my new job I'm the boss, well technically the broker is. But she is very cool.  She feeds us lunch after brokers tour!

I work for several 'bosses' who are managers of business units within the company. During my 16+ years all of us have gotten along great. For myself I can not imagine a better work environment.
