At first I thought "that guys fan is coming off...?".
Then I would hear it on other ricer type cars speeding through school zones at 35 mph....
This has got to be the stoooopidest modification in a real long time,

SO what is that new whirrring noise that idiots are putting on their ricer cars lately???
