Oh yeah that car was no deal, you can buy a good one for $15k.

Its either a good parts car, or a good project car for someone who wants a project.

Looks like it would make a nice parts car.

Anyway that sucks, she got him good! Was he fooling around with the secretary or something?

I have a friend who used to own a readi mix company here so he knows a lot of concrete stories.

It seems on of his concrete truck drivers found out his wife had a boyfriend. so one day while the boyfriend was at the house with his wife, he pulled up beside the bf car and put the chute through the window and filled it up to the window line.

The weight of the concrete had the frame of the car on the ground.

Heh, heh!

Having to make payments to a credit union for a + or - 15k used Mercedes V12 R129 means that the sucker/owner probably couldn't afford any repairs or regular service schedules or very much fuel. Hence the low miles, IMHO.

The car is a worthless pos, even a bodyshop owner wouldn't fix it, there is zero profit margin to be had on it. Even if the car was free, it would cost way more than it's worth to buy the parts to fix it, and the last time I checked, a Glasurit paint job costs around 6k alone.

But hey, at least it's the right color for a pimp daddy... green is for the money/gold is for the honey's.

No problem....the swap can be done in a weekend!

Seriously the engine probably would fit, but sorting the electronics and such would be a daunting task.

Have you been following roncallo's 107 600 project?

I imagine it would be about the same.

In this case I would say I would do the chebby first, but if I wanted a bigger motor in a 123 I would prob go with a mb 500 euro.
