I agree, there is very little chance this is originating in the US regardless of the IP it appears to be coming from.

Odd possibility...

Wonder if he's from Nigeria, and is living in the united states on a visa. Bringing the possibility of appearing legit, but has the ability to jump on an international flight within 24 hours and be out of country... Or, not

Just letting everyone know that he has contacted me in MN concerning a car also, here is what he sent me:

"Hi there,

I am selling this car because my platoon has been sent back to Afghanistan and don't want it get old in my backyard. The price is low because I need to sell it before July 5.
