Just for kicks. Found and cleaned up an old Craftsman tool set that was my dad's. Does anyone have any idea how old it might be? The case is metal instead of plastic and has a gray, almost textured paint inside; for some reason the decorations stamped into the metal case remind me of a Harley emblem but there is no wording left at all. Each of the sockets is heavily stamped Craftsman and has xxx decoration in a ring; they go from 1/4 to 7/16, mostly by 32nds. It includes a T-bar which I have never seen in any of my newer sets. There is also an extension (which may not belong) which has a locking(?) ball in one end and seems to be slimmer than the other extension; also note the T-bar has locking balls too. The ratchet handle looks so new that I wonder if it belongs to the set.
I would guess this dates to about 1950. What do you think? Could it be worth anything?
