Exactly. Stand the problem on it's head for a moment and ask yourself - if the situation was reversed, what would this cleric's idea of "due process" for us be? Another 9/11, another underwear bomber?

This cleric has all but convicted himself of acts of war and treason by his own public words and deeds. "Due process" on the battlefield is a bullet thru the head.

Lets ask that SEAL member who fell out of the helicopter and got a bullet in the head. How bout Daniel Pearl? He might have a hard time speaking after he lost his head.
