I'm not saying it's OK, just pointing out that americans still react the same way as the did in the 1790s when something scares them. The government is still more than happy to play on those fears. Nothing really changes.

These guys had the idea that all you have to do is take your .45,find the "bad guy", and shoot him. Each found out quickly ,it doesnt work like that when you are fighting an "Idea". This is why we have to exterminate all of them, the moment they are discovered. Or- we can wait around and let them exterminate us. Self preservation is an instinct that I posess ,that is why I say let the Military handle this...keep it out of the legal hall's of shame..

I have my own personal reasons for determining which faith I profess. Note: I studied Islam for 3 yrs to get a thorough understanding before I decided to convert. Islam is the only religion that does not 'recruit" members.Another note: The Singaporean Government, as well as the F.B.I. moniter new converts very closely,in order to weed out anyone who may be interested in joining a terrorist organization. The real issue here,is what to do when a terrorist is discovered/caught. America is way behind in their approach to punishing said peoples. Take a look at world news,and see how many other countrys deal with these issues. I believe you will see that such individuals dont live too long.And they dont lay up in some prison @ the tax-payers expense.

Not in the USA. Endless appeals, almost always, worthless, and thought up by inventive lawyers, see to that.

The population on death rows are huge and growing exponentially.

I can think of hundreds of situations where you'd be an innocent bystander and get nabbed up in a criminal investigation.

You might be able to dream them up. But they have no resonance here. There is nothing innocent about this piece of **** and it should be discarded like the **** it is.
