HUH?!?!?!?!?!? What are they trying to do??? Save money???? I think that they passed the "point of diminishing returns" about 1.5 mm. ago...now that you have to rip off 1/4 of the full roll for a decent "wipe" without feeling like you're in some God-forsaken area of the world where they use their left hand and apologize for their unique odor...
