Has the ad changed? when I pull it up it still has JP Linville's fantacy write up.

What's even funnier is the chemical placement is nearly identical, probably the same packages. Untouched.

I think I'd fill it with bleach for a couple of weeks at the very least.

Free, free, free. Just delete the ad when you sell it, and (obviously, at this point) don't pass out the URL for your "manage this listing" page. I prefer to let folks contact me through the CL reply address (as you did) rather than listing my email address or phone # on the web. It can be advantageous to have people meet you someplace when it's time to sell, to protect your privacy, but that's going to be tough to do with a hot tub. I have allowed many folks to come by my house for purchases and have yet to have any trouble, though.
