Taxes is not the reason why corporations move their HQ's overseas. If it were, then all the corporations would have move overseas by now. Minnesota has some of the highest taxes in the nation and it has probably 10 fortune 500 companies and 7% unemployment.
The problem is in our trading partner China which artificially surpresses the value of its currency. And the people who keep buying cheap *****.

The Cheap labor overseas has produced a vacuum of unemployment here in the US .Now at its epedemic peak we clearly see what is in for the many and allowed for the few . The middle class is now being escorted to the front door of poverty.Other countries like Japan is also been at the front of the program.A for instance would be in the late 90s a division of Toyota that was using cheap labor in Mexico had moved their business elsewere for a .04 difference in labor cost .China will rule the world for its cheap labor and everyone else will get food stamps and a stimulis package to shut us up till next election.A quite way of saying business as usual .Im waiting for a president to say ,lets bring back the jobs ,lets pull back unemployment thru the old way of doing business and quit making excuses for big business who now talk to lobbiest instead of their state representative. The real answer is it will never be said .Big Business has made a deal with the devil because the labor cost was ruled as the most important part of corporations reasoning for the move ,not the effect of those jobs lost as its result .No one looked to the future to see what was waiting for Us ,now thats its here it looks like no one knew. The money will flow back into the economy if we stop running rivers of it overseas. It will never happen while the ruling class has money sifting into the royal pockets as re-election gains .We suffer as idiots until this happens .Now that China has poored Billions of its stake in the game on America ,who owns this country?I Paid my taxes for this.

if you want jobs back here all you need to do is return something that you broke..... heres how it is now: buy cheap crap, it breaks after 5 minutes, you say oh well its cheap crap, accept it that it broke and throw it away, maybe even buy another to finish the job cheap crap maker says, hey they dont bring stuff back so it must be too good, shame on me I made it too good the next one will be worse or even cheaper. now if you take it back: cheap crap maker gets flooded with returns, cost of return and logistics is 5X the cost of the product sold, profits go down and then into red on that peice of crap. wont sell that particular peice of crap any more, or will make a little better quality peice of crap until the return rate makes it profitable again, suddenly it cost the crap maker the same as here plus he has to ship it, cant compete with a local maker, out of this crap making business

At 59 yrs. old I've worked 37 years in the sales business and I look forward to hanging it up. The ones that say; "they never want to retire," have no plan financially is how I read that. In which case I agree with them, in that they probably won't be able to.

Well there's no such thing as a right or wrong opinion. They're just opinions. They're kinda like farts - your own don't smell so bad.

At 53 I'm within a year of starting my retirement that i am totally looking forward to
![]() Don't get me wrong, I won't be sitting on my arse by any means. I just won't have to get up and go do something for somebody else and I will be able to wake up when I want to wake up. It has been a long time coming.
