No, I meant the last war that the west thought might happen and wasted time and resources on; obviously, the next war will not be in Europe.

My money would be on India/Pakistan. Dispire their opinions, neither the US nor Europe are the center of the universe.

India is prosperous and stable, they don't want war. Pakistan's attempts to start a war would be met with a super-duper a$$-kicking by India, but they would hae to do it quickly, to ensure that the few A-bombs the Pakis have would not get launched. Then the Hindis will have to take them away from thepakis and occupy all the territory that isn't run by the Taliban, i.e. the FATA. LIFE WOULD PROBABLY GET BETTER FOR EVERYONE EXCEPT THE FORMER RULING CLASS OF PAKISTAN.

Korea is nuts but China is not. The Chinese know also that the South Koreans are being held back by the US. The ROK Army would love to open a can of whooopa$$ on the North, without hurting the population at large. China wants to control thaqt and I think they will as long as the DPRK crazies don't go too far.

Iran? Pick a card, any card, they are all nuts but they are also pretty inept on a grand scale. Plus Israel is very happy to help if the Iranians do like they did before and get a little too bellicose.

And bin Laden will be dead in another ten years and the CT apparatus will have a better feel for what needs to be done in Europe to stop the spread of Sunni extremism, which is the only one to worry about. Shi'a extremism is pretty much limited to Iraq and Iran.

Now that's a thread. Presumtive paradigms and stereotypical ankges of view. It'll certainly describe Germans.

There is nothing wrong with having thread headliner this way, but it comes off as subtly insinuating.

Germany or, Germans for that matter, is not all about WWII and military combustion.
Get an idea people!

Astounding!

You realize that the United States of A is currently the primary war leading military engagement across the globe!?
Get real, Dude!

Because they are aware of the likelyhood that millions like you will scream **** the very moment Germans strike out.

You got any supporting material, such as facts, for this kind of rubbish?

In that case, pardon me being so direct, you may want to check your underwear for any indications.

I agree India is more of a longshot, what I worry is if some religous upheaval may cause a temporary loss of control of the weapons and a luanch on an ally

or if North Korea decides to nuke south Korea and then throw Japan in for good measure. China does hold sway in the North but they have proven they will also not be perceived as puppets.

Iran to me is less of a concern, I think we have a better handle on their inner workings due to the larger opposition to the current power base. Israel has a good eye on them as well.

Yes. BLUF:
1. The Sahel treaties between the US European Command, aka US portion of NATO, the US African Command (AFRICOM) and the countries of France, Mali, mauritania, Algeria, Morocco, and Tunisia.

2. The fact that the North african countries, with French assistance, helped reduce the GSPC (Groupe Salafiste pour la Predication et du Combat) by helping to capture Abderrezzak al Para and reduce one battalion of GSPC fighters who conducted terror campaigns in several countries between 2003-2008. That help reduced them so much the GSPC had to go to bin Laden for aid after spurning him in the 1990s, when they had different goals from al Qaeda. That's why they became al Qaeda in the land of the Maghreb, because they could no longer be independent enough to finance themselves.

Google Aderrezzak al Para, aka Amari Saifi, or Mokhtar bel Mokhtar, or GSPC, or abdel Wadoud, and do some background reading.

I spent several years working on this, i'm familiar.

Neither do your posts have anything to do with the headline. Merry X-mas.
