This is inaccurate but I just noticed that you posted it as a question. The answer is no, it was not a single mod that decided it was a violation.

Looking back I would have done it a little differently. Like I said, I learned something regarding this incident and will use what I have learned to improve my moderation skills. Thanks for the support.
