Ahh...........don't beat yourself up over it.

I've probably had about 35 Contreau daiquiris, 50 Balilaikas, and the most delicious Pumpkin martini that anybody could possibly conceive in the last 103 days.

If I limit myself to two............I'm fine.

Man that's tough. I have a few friends with substance abuse problems. They range from teenagers to old fahrtz my age. Theirs is a nearly continuous battle. I cannot imagine how tiring it must be. Best wishes.

But that is the point--You can start over.
One of the most impressive people I know is a woman 12 years clean in NA. It can be done. Follow the steps, use your support.

If anybody on the earth can help you, she can. You are forgiven. Now go do what you need to do. Weare still your friends.

Not down the tubes, Jim. Just another another test. I can only imagine how hard it must be. I've not been in the position myself but I have seen how strong it can be with my uncle. The huge difference is that very special person you have on and by your side. You're a lucky man with all of the support systems in place. You will make it though this.

Not "down the tubes" but a demonstration of how well you felt for 103 and therefore how well you feel again. Be well!

That's why the first word was "Yep." I was agreeing with you and attempting to add to your encouragement.
