BTW, its a great way to lose weight temporarily.

Coming in off two days on the road I weighed 200#. Right before the proceedure I weighed 194. This morning after eating all I wanted yesterday after the proceedure, (quite a bit) I still weighed 194.

I mentioned losing 6# to the nurse and she said the record was 8#. I said it must have been a big person, she said yes, over 6'-3. (I am 5'-8).

I had one done four years ago. The prep was a lot worse than the procedure. But a good thing to check every few years, especially if there's a history of polyps.
