Ok you Chef's out there.

I bought me one of those pork loins that is already sliced. Being that I do good to boil water, can anyone here tell me the best was to season and cook the pork loin.

It depends what you want to do but the general tip is not to over cook it and turn it to rubber.

If you are worried about seasoning - well do what the French do add in lots of cream, garlic, and alcohol - you can hardly go wrong with that!

Loin chops? Quick and easy would be to marinate the chops in cheap Italian dressing, then grill them.

You would also brown them and add kraut, then cook the rest of the way.

You can also brown it, then make a gravy, then cover the chops in the gravy, cover, and bake til tender and done.

Pepper and salt. Put it in a skillet with butter on high fire 'till all sides are brown. Turn the heath down to medium/low; ad cream, sherry and fresh rosemary, ad some pepper and let it sudder for 10 more minutes.

There is not such a thing as cheap Italian dressing, it is Italian dressing or else

You can also pound them out thin, bread them and fry them in oil. Serve on a bun with mustard.
