Yeah it was huge man. I asked the kid what he wanted for birthday dinner. He replied roast beef, chateau potatoes, and chocolate souffle.

If you can stick with this diet it will probably work.

Other than cutting out processed foods, it's not far off from what my normal diet was 4 years ago. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy.
