Disagreement with the views of others on this forum brings this out. It's funny how liberals on here never make a similar challenge when LIBERAL points of view are not elaborated upon.

If the view is disagreed with, simply demand more and more detail until the barker gets tired of barking. Just repeatedly back them against the wall until they give up and go away. You know, sort of Chicago style.

There IS nothing to it in the minds of our liberal friends because it doesn't further their agenda. I'm not convinced myself, but I don't really care one way or another because it doesn't get in the way of my own ideology.

To a liberal OTOH, it must be beheaded before it grows. If you had hard line evidence that it was true, they would still be attacking you because it puts their beloved B.O. in a bad, maybe even a felonous light & you're the messenger. Attack the messenger. That's how they see it.

The good news is that you apparantly found a nerve here with the B.O. lovers. Maybe I should start referring to B.O. as Soetoro instead. That seems to get them excited and adds additional wear on their keyboards.

More and more? How about something to begin with? And what's wrong with disagreeing so long as there is discussion? You guys have ZERO interest in discussing this topic, therefore went crying persecution. I'm just asking for what you think is so fascinating about the name. Door is wide open, and I'm waiting for a logical response rather than you guys crying about how you never get to express yourselves or whatever (here's a golden opportunity) but I'm not holding my death.

I think that the Webmaster should empower individual members to be able to lock their own threads. This way the Romneyite Tea Party contingent can make their obnoxious proclamations, and then quickly lock the thread before those damned coffeeshop Liberals can challenge their points-of-view.

Please demonstrate how I am "attacking the messenger" by asking what his thoughts on his thread topic is. Don't cry persecution, just answer.

You've missed it - there is no answer. In such a case, best to cry victim and scurry away from the issue.

Let me correct some on this forum. I never went crying to anyone. Period. I sought information and pointed out how I thought this topic or issue was interesting. Period. I pointed out this and that, but YET I had members attaching labels and comments directed towards me personally. When I pointed that out, I got hit with the "consipriacy" or "I am crying to someone" or "I am obsessing", or I dont want to discuss the "facts", et cet.

The point of the thread was to find out who Barry Soetoro was, after all the spin and interpetation, I did title MY thread "Who is Barry Soetoro" -- Did I not ?

Some say

1. It was a clever hoax that got out of hand
2. Others claim it is B.O.'s past
3. Others, like me, shrug their shoulders and really don't know
4. Maybe a 4th option I will call miscellaneous

THAT WAS THE POINT OF THE THREAD. I guess it was fleshed out. Too bad many take things out of hand or take it too far. And, I think Larry is right, -- if one makes any comments negative or those comments that appear negative against B.O., well that person needs a little talking to. Nice !

Sucks when folks don't always concur with your point of view on a matter. Doesn't the Fox News website have a forum? Think of all the mutual backside-kissing that you and your ilk can indulge in over there.

Just to be clear, just as in the thread where you said mean "all politicians" when your post only referred to the President . . . when you say "liberal" are you also including conservatives, so that "all partisans" is what you actually mean?

As for the claim of persecution . . . remember the yiddish tale of a boy who kills his parents, then asks the court for mercy since he's an orphan . . . the definition of chutzpah.

No, he did not give you the answer you liked. Maybe he does not know who Barry Soetoro is. That is a possibility. I bet if Larry said this was a horrible hoax, then you would applaud his response and it would be acceptable. He did one better -- he backed out and said he would bite his lip. I guess that is not good enough ?
