Is that percentage higher now than before? If so why if not what has changed that has lead to these school shootings?

without running everyone through an fMRI, the numbers are only estimates. Medical technology using fMRI has progressed DRAMATICALLY in the last ten years. They are real close to literally reading your mind. and, though that idea may be scary to some, I see a big advantage of being able to identify a nut job before he/she decides to go postal.

Why ban guns (a non-thinking object) when you can ban bad people?
