Call applecare or look on the Apple support forums at apple.com. You need to know your router's name in order to select it in the pull down menu. The others listed there are probably neighbor's routers that your comp. is picking up. I doubt it's named "win..."something. What brand is it?

Chances are pretty good that the linksys is it. Go look at what network the other two machines are on. You will still need your wifi password if you had one setup. Worst case if you can't remember the passcode you will either need to make an attempt to log into the router or you may have to default it if that fails.

There is a small button that you press with a needle or paper clip and hold it down until all of the lights flash. Then its reset to factory default settings. I usually log into my router once a week to check things out.

What he said. Before defaulting it, try the factory password to actually log into the router settings. Often times they never get changed.

Just find your model number and look 'er up...

As kymaysob noted, try the default password before you reset. Likely you never changed it.

Robert, please follow these instructions: Locate an Apple forum and post the question there with the disclaimer that you have never done this before and that you aren't computer literate. There will be plenty of very intelligent people there that can help you on this.

This is why I won't buy a MAC. Basic PC wireless networking really hasn't changed much over the years, and is easy as putting a USB drive in and opening the program. Newer computers link up much faster now than ever before...it's basically plug and play. Over the last 8 years, I've been able to have them up and running on the wireless network in less than 5 minutes.
