I've voted for plenty of candidates I've been embarrassed to admit. I hope for the day that I'll be faced with a ballot of choices I could say I was proud of, rather than feeling like I was merely choosing the lesser of two evils.

I used this original limerick as the cover entry for my senior poetry project in high school.

Teacher was a MILITANT man hating feminist.
