If there is no safety concern how about setting up an obvious surveillance camera with sign informing all the patrons that they are being filmed and the info will be forwarded to the authorities and spouses?

Perhaps that would make them think twice?

Given that, I have to relate an uncanny experience I had this afternoon. A guy at the gas station was kneeling outside the driver's door dealing with something under the dash. White hair type, might have been old looking 60's or actually 80's I dunno. His plate was JN GALT (followed by I can't recall a digit or 2) Looked seriously disorientated, never looked back at me, behaved like an institutional escapee. Where were you this afternoon John? Did you notice my benz on the other side of the pumps? For a split second I considered approaching the guy, but then I thought better of it

I think the safety concerns are real. There has to be tens of thousands of dollars worth of business being conducted in that house every month if not more. I hope they are smart business people and realize that violence will only hinder profit and just move on to a new location. Although, according to the landlord, he's told the tenants that people are on to them. You'd think that would be enough to spur a relocation for purely pragmatic reasons. I think part of the reason for the current location is that our neighborhood has become the hip place to be over the last few years. There are lots of music venues and the streets are packed on the weekends so the house is close to a large customer base. There's a big alternative music festival coming in a few weeks, perhaps they are looking for some good income from that.

Get your friends to park up the street and alley the day before for blocks around. Bring every old thing that runs out and take a space. That should make things interesting

You think the uproar over drugs is bad. That would start a revolution. The parking in our neighborhood is a huge problem given the increase in it's popularity. The thing that pisses me off the most is the god damn Cars-to-Go. Their stupid Smart cars can park anywhere they want without being ticketed. Our block is 2 hr parking only except for residents. But Cars to Go can park on the block forever and not get a ticket. They don't even have to put money in the meters. I'm half tempted to jack them up, put some car dollies under them and push them into the middle of the intersection and leave them there.

That explains why they sit out front so long. They cruise the hood to get a spot then kill time texting or calling until their appointment
