Have been a satisfied amazon.com customer for the past ten years. yes, a few items have been returned to them, credit was given within 10 days of return. Recently, amazon has changed their policy; they now take up to 60 days to credit your account on a return.

60 days has come and gone on an item I returned over 70 days ago; multiple chats with their customer service agents and still no satisfaction.
