Have been a satisfied amazon.com customer for the past ten years. yes, a few items have been returned to them, credit was given within 10 days of return. Recently, amazon has changed their policy; they now take up to 60 days to credit your account on a return.
60 days has come and gone on an item I returned over 70 days ago; multiple chats with their customer service agents and still no satisfaction. I've weathered about six major bankruptcies in the past of fortune 100 companies and have learned to read the tea leaves. IMHO, amazon.com is in trouble, here is a bit more
