In that case, lettuce and carrots!! Avoid weight gain at all costs!! Once you put it on it won't come back off!! When I smoked, I weighed 185. Now, it's all I can do to stay under 210! But the good side is, one day someone will light a cigarette and you will think "Damn that thing stinks, is that what I used to smell like?"

I can't believe so many people used to smoke back then. Smoking killed my Dad (probably contributed a lot) and both my brothers smoke. I swear my childhood asthma cleared up when people around me started to stop smoking.
I enjoy a pipe now. It's much more fun collecting nice pieces of wood and costs less than a soda a week! Kuan |

Hi All
I cant believe the money im saving either. Iwas at 205 lbs.when i met the wife 20 years ago and she got me down to 170-175 range. She has said i dont smell like i licked an ash tray anymore,well back to the choclate cake. Bob |
