Oil Pressure Problem

If the car has a canister oil filter, sounds like the check valve is bad in the filter housing. I would definitely look into it and have it attended to. Just a thought.

Flex disc or mount issue, Could maybe be center bearing in drive line but you would probably here it more consitantly at higher speeds to.

I would say it could be the externally mounted voltage regulator. Its on the back of the alternator. Two screws to take off and look to see if the bars are worn unevenly or worn down.

Should be...

Look in the manual.

What you might just want to put in 6 quarts, start it up and start adding little by little. You most definitely do NOT want to over fill it at all. If you do loosen the...

300d

I would find a 300D to put it in. Its takes too much time and cursing to change over a 240D to a 300D.

Watch out that you don't put it in a 79 or older, you will have to make many modifications...

Clutch

Sounds like you need a clutch for the A/C compressor. Although it could be a lot of things.

But I would say the $40-50 clutch is bad. Order it through fast lane.

Have Fun!
