Take off bumper by removing bumper mount screws....

Take off bumper by removing bumper mount screws. Should be on either side of bumper. Turn bumper upside down and you see that the chrome is fastened with about 12 screws. Be prepared for some of them...

That seal that CTH350 mentioned is a rubber O ring. I had to order a new one because when I tried to reuse the old one, it did not seat well.

Could be a couple of things. 1. The fader switch could be going south (not uncommon). 2. There could be a loose wire behind the radio or... 3. Look behind the side trunk lining on the passenger side....

I just pulled off a set of 18's from my 420SEL....

I just pulled off a set of 18's from my 420SEL. They fit and looked good. The tires were 245 40 18 and the rim offset was 20. They're sold now so I can't get anymore info.
