I was having some intermittent problems with my wiper (1994 E320 Cabriolet (124 Chassis))so I replaced the motor. Now I have two new problems:

1) The wiper delay feature still does not work.

2) The wiper does not fully retract when it is shut off. It does run the full motion when it is on, but rests at about 20 degrees above the normal off position when the wiper is off.

Has anyone had a similar experience or any suggestions on how to resolve these issues?
