What is the trick to remove the tumbler?

I have a 1986 201. I've followed this thread and I have removed the black bezel; but I cannot get the lock cylinder out. It feels like there is something else holding it in. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong. Here is a pic of how far I have gotten.

Sorry, I don't know how to make this image smaller.
