The relay contacts may look great but the solder joints may be cracked and open. Take it apart and resolder it.

I fixed the relay
IT WAS SOOOOO EASY.
I scraped the silicon off the bottom from the relay and I opened it inside. Sure enough the contact for wire 30 was cracked. Solder it and I resealed it with silicone. Everything is fine. Thanks for any input from anybody. If anybody wants any information of how to troubleshoot please send me PM or reply here. Thank you for your help. ACM
