Engine temperature rises on re-starts...
Hello all,
My engine temperature gauge varies from 87 to 89 Celsius degrees on normal operating condition. However, after shutting the engined down, go for a gas refill for instance, and then re-start the car, I notice that the temp. gauge would show around 100-105 degree for few seconds, then go back to the normal range. Is this (heat soak?) normal? If not, is there anything that I could check? Thanks in advance! Frank.
