Instrument Cluster "ABS" and "CHECK ENGINE" wires
I just removed my cluster because the odometer trip meter "push button" on the cluster had come loose. I fixed it and when I went to put the cluster back in, I noticed that the labels on the wires for the right side of the cluster that light up for ABS and SRS and CHECK ENGINE etc. had fallen off.
Here is what I mean: ![]() ![]() As you can see label 3 and label 5 are still there. This is the right side of the instrument cluster: ![]() This is a picture of the 4 wires - "5" "4" "3" "1" ![]() How can I figure out which of the 2 wires goes where? One of them is for the "ABS" and the other is for "CHECK ENGINE". If I turn the car on for example, which light should go off first - check engine or ABS? Thank you
